What is the place of education in the development process of human life in the present era? Perhaps there is no need to tell about it. Education is the power that distinguishes man from the rest of the animal kingdom. Education is the tool that enables man to play his constructive role in society and other established systems.

It is unfortunate that schools in our state are run as if school education is the final destination. Only bookish education is given attention, the child is told that getting 100 percent marks in the written examination is your goal. Whereas the real aim of school education is the all-round development of the child's personality so that the child can play a constructive role in the society by getting education. The economic progress of the student, his getting a job of his interest and being successful in it are also a part of this all-round development. In the future, when Artificial Intelligence will be on its own, it will be impossible for children educated through such old-fashioned education to get a good job and establish themselves in a respectable place in the society.

The solution to the above concerns is 5D. 5D is actually a unique education method which I have invented by studying the different educational structures of the world and keeping in mind the needs of my country and society. The letter D in the word 5D represents dimension. This means that this education method will work on the process of development on 5 different dimensions together for the all-round development of the student.

What are the five dimensions? Let us have a brief discussion of them:-

1st 'D' is dedicated to Academic Excellence but this Excellence is not only book and rote based but emphasis is given to Concept Celerity, for which various teaching aids and Learning Activities are used. . Special labs are created to teach each subject. All kinds of modern educational aids are available in that lab regarding the related subjects. Site Visits, Exhibition, Camping, Expert lectures, High tech labs visits’, School Exchange Program, International Summer Camps, Duke of Edinburgh, MUN, Mock Research Paper writing, Book publication and participation in national-international conferences are an integral part of the education system, through which the qualities like Critical Thinking, Leadership, Adaptability, Creativity, Decision-Making, Agile-Thinking, Problem Solving, Analytical-Thinking, Confidence, Articulation etc. can be developed in the student so that the student can achieve success in every aspect of life.

2nd 'D' is dedicated to Practical Implementation of knowledge. Under this, he is taught how to do practical implementation of his knowledge to understand the knowledge he is acquiring in more depth. How to use this knowledge in real life. Because by doing this, he understands what kind of change is needed in the knowledge he has acquired. And what kind of efforts he will have to make to make this change. This process will make him innovative, which will keep him relevant even in the era of Artificial Intelligence.

3rd ‘D’ is dedicated to the career of the student. Making students aware of the thousands of millions of career opportunities available in the world, which field is better for him, which test to pass to enter that field. How to prepare for it, which university or college is expert in that field, all this process comes under 3D. To complete this process properly, Psychometric Test, Career Counseling, Early Target Study, Aptitude Building Program, PDP etc. are resorted to.

4th ‘D’ is related to organizing a conference of qualities like leadership, confidence, Speaking skills, Critical Thinking, etc. in the student for the all-round development of various qualities in his personality. For this, the structure of Student Societies is developed in the school, and these Societies are tied up with national and international organizations. Students take membership in these Societies according to their interest and their Subjects, because these Societies are tied up with national and international organizations. This gives the student a high-level platform to showcase their learned skills. Which helps him a lot in becoming an expert in his field. They manage all these Societies at their own level. Due to which the qualities of Administration, Self-Disciplines, Team Work, Convincing Skills etc. are also developed in them.

Under the 5th ‘D’, the student is also motivated to do various community services. The credit score of the community service done by him is also recorded in his annual progress report. The purpose behind doing all this is to develop love and service for the family, society and entire humanity in the student. Apart from this, his community service credit score also helps him in getting admission in good universities abroad.

Thus, the education given under the above-mentioned 5 D system makes the student a fully developed personality, which is the aim of real education.
